Claims Overview

Instnt offers a continuous identity assurance solution that empowers businesses to verify transactions by authorized account owners. Our automated transaction review dashboard authenticates transactions and provides customized information for transaction reviews. The Claims section allows you to easily view and review transaction issues related to fraudulent activities by users.

Filing a claim 

  1. Sign in to the Instnt dashboard and select "Transactions" to initiate a claim.
  2. In the "Transactions" section, locate and click on the specific transaction for which you wish to file a claim.
  3. In the Transaction Review Pane, click on "Claims" and follow the onscreen instructions to submit your claim.
  4. Click "File a New Claim" and follow the onscreen instructions. The claim status will be "pending" until further review.

Editing a claim 

After filing a claim, you can edit the details and attach additional supporting documents:

  1. Sign in to the Instnt dashboard and select "Transactions" to access filed claims.
  2. Find and click on the transaction for which you want to edit the claim under the "Transactions" section.
  3. Click "Claims" to edit the claim details and then select "Update Claim" to submit the edits.
