Transaction Review Claims

Instnt provides a continuous identity assurance solution enabling businesses to verify transactions from authorized account owners. The transaction review dashboard is automated to authenticate transactions and additional tailored information for transaction reviews. 

Claims section allows you to view and review transaction issues for fraud committed by users.

How to File a claim 

  1. Sign in Instnt dashboard and Tab Transactions to file a claim.
  2. Under Transactions, find and Tab the transaction to file a claim.
  3. Tab Claims in the Transaction Review Pane and follow the onscreen instructions to file a claim.
  4. Tab File a New Claim and follow the onscreen instructions to submit a claim. In the Action column, the claim status is pending until further review.

Edit a claim 

Once you file a claim, you can edit the details and provide additional attachments to support the claim. 

To edit a claim:

  1. Sign in Instnt dashboard and Tab Transactions to edit a filed claim. 
  2. Under Transactions, find and Tab the transaction to edit the claim.
  3. Tab Claims to edit claim details. Tab Update Claim to submit the edit.
