Instnt is an AI-managed customer acceptance platform that helps businesses frictionlessly sign-up and accept 50% more good customers with zero fraud loss. Instnt indemnifies businesses up to $100M in annual fraud-loss liability for every newly accepted, improving margins, driving your top-line revenue and reducing costs. The platform provides several low-code and no-code integration options through its APIs and SDKs, making implementation easy.
In this guide, we will walk you through the process of signing up for and using Instnt Acceptâ„¢. You will learn the fundamentals of setting up your account in the sandbox environment, so you can begin your onboarding process with ease.
To Start
To initiate the Instnt pilot process, you first need to create an account within the Instnt sandbox environment and configure your workflow. After setting up your workflow, Instnt will test it using synthetic identities with known decision outcomes, in conjunction with your existing processes and Instnt's integration. For more information on Instnt environments, see Instnt Environments and Pilot Process.
Once the workflow has been thoroughly tested and validated, it can be migrated to the pre-production and production environments for further testing and preparation for live production use.

A workflow in Instnt Acceptâ„¢ is a customized configuration of the product platform that you integrate into your system. It involves selecting signup fields and further customization by adding features, security measures, and integration attributes to meet your specific needs. For more information on how to create a workflow, see the Create a Workflow.
Step Three: Integrate Instnt Accept
The next step is to integrate Instnt with your application based on your preferred method. We offer two integration options: SDK or REST API.
For detailed instructions on the integration process, see the Instnt Accept Integration Process.
Step four: Access and Review Completed Transactions
To access and review the completed transactions, you can log into the Instnt dashboard and navigate to the "Transactions" section. For more details, see the Transaction Review Guide.
To access completed transactions through the Instnt API, you can utilize one of the following approaches:
- Instnt secure API: Requires authentication. For more details, see How to access Instnt API secure endpoints.
- Instnt public API: Requires decoding the response using the public key. For more details, see Retrieving and Analyzing the Assertion Response.
Move to Production
After processing the provided synthetic applicants and decrypting their assertion responses, you have successfully integrated with Instnt in the sandbox environment. At this point, please collaborate with the Instnt Customer Success team to transition to the production environment.
